Counter-Strike players, and probably no one else, have been checking out the trailer for this new map over the past several days.

Recognize it? That’s Montreal’s Berri-UQAM station. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Montreal’s transit authority, the STM, is unhappy, and threatening a huge fine.
Our thoughts:
1) We’d probably be a bit uncomfortable with a shooting game set in a realistic rendering of somewhere we regularly visit.
2) That said, we’re not playing it, and we’re not sure what law the designers have actually broken.
3) With the growing ease of graphical design, this kind of situation will pop up more frequently, so perhaps the government should provide a clearer position.
