Ingredients
8 eggs
500g sugar
700ml whole milk
500ml double cream
1 vanilla pod
3 bottles Innis & Gun Original
300ml bourbon
Directions
Whisk eggs with half of the sugar until sugar dissolves. Slowly add cream, milk, and remaining sugar. Add beer and bourbon. Serve chilled.
