Ghost Pepper Honey

First you take ghost peppers, which measure a whopping 1,000,000 on the Scoville scale. That’s 400 times hotter than Tabasco, by the way. Then you immerse them in some raw honey. The result? Ghost pepper honey ($15), an amazingly hot honey that works well as a meat glaze, wing sauce, or compliment to your cheese. Anything that needs a sweet kick can use some of this stuff.
