The Barman isn’t quite as elaborate as the full-fledged robot bartenders out there, but it sure is more versatile. It has met it’s Kickstater goal with funds to spare, so now’s the time to place your order.
Essentially, it’s a drink mixing platform that uses a smartphone app to mix any drink you want. Put your glass on the device, select your cocktail on the app, and the device will tell you what you need. The device weighs as you pour and has a progress indicator, eliminating the need for jiggers altogether. And those fiddly half-ounces, and quarter-ounces. Seriously, what kind of mixology masochist does that?
