So, you wake up on a mysterious island full of dinosaurs and other fun extinct beasts, and you must survive by hunting, harvesting, crafting items, growing crops, and building your shelter/fortress—basically, Ark: Survival Evolved looks like a badly needed update to all those dino-hunter games we played in the 90s. You can play online or locally, though at this point the game being released as early access in June, with a full game expected by next year. What’s going to be in the full game? Well, they want gas-powered vehicles, more dinosaurs, a trading system, more dinosaurs, underwater biomes/combat/ecosystems, more dinosaurs, and better textures/music/UI, etc. And more dinosaurs. Still, it looks pretty fun as-is right now.
