Cameron’s Stovetop Smoker

Longing for the day you can fire up your own Big Green Egg, but can’t, because your condo won’t fit one and the board looks down on starting a fire in your living room? That’s okay—in a pinch, you can use your stove, with a Stovetop Smoker ($55).

Basically, the stovetop smoker lets you hot-smoke food in your kitchen. You just put some pre-soaked woodchips on the base, put the drip tray and grill over that, then your food. Oh, and probably also run the kitchen fan; unless you like your house to smell like wood smoke, which we do.
