Kuro Cube

If you want an odourless fridge, it used to be that the only game in town was a box of baking soda intermittently changed. It’s not a bad system, but thanks to the Kuro Cube ($25), we have a bit of choice.

The Kuro Cube is powdered white charcoal, compressed into a cube. Not only will it eliminate odours in your fridge, but it’ll replace them with the pleasant smells of a charcoal cookout. The only downside of this plan is that you’ll probably want to fire up the charcoal grill every time you open the fridge, but we don’t consider that much of a downside.
