Make sure you look for coconut cream and not coconut milk—and go for the no sugar added. The Amarula is already pretty sweet.
Ingredients
2 oz. Amarula Cream
1 oz. white rum
3 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. coconut cream
Pineapple and/or cherry to garnish
Directions
Blend all ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a tall cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.
