Mixologist: Kahlua Peppermint Mocha and Kahlua Gingerbread

Don’t want to bring an obligatory bottle of generic red to your next holiday party? Good call; skip it and take either Kahlua Peppermint Mocha or Kahlua Gingerbread. The gingerbread version tastes exactly like coffee-soaked gingerbread with a bit of nutmeg and cinnamon, and the peppermint one tastes like a liquefied Girl Scout cookie. You can use these to make festive White Russians (we’re calling them Peppermint Russians or Gingerbread Russians), or try these out:

Peppermint Mocha Hot Chocolate

2 oz. Kahlua Peppermint Mocha
Hot chocolate
Candy cane

Leave a bit of space in your hot chocolate mug and pour in the Kahlua over th back of a cold spoon. Garnish with a candy cane.

Kahlua Cookie Martini

3 oz. vodka
1 oz. Kahlua gingerbread
Cinnamon stick

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
