You’ll first need to make some lemongrass syrup. Mix one lemongrass stalk, with one cup of water and one cup of sugar. Simmer on low heat for seven to eight minutes. Strain and cool.

2 oz. Maestro Dobel tequila
5 mint leaves
¼ oz. lemongrass syrup*
1 tablespoon hickory smoked salt
Pour tequila, mint, chipotle and lemongrass syrup into a shaker and muddle. Fill shaker with ice and stir. Fine strain into chilled coupe and enjoy. Garnish with hickory smoked salt.
