Need a little help fixing your posture? Then check out this cool invention from Adrenalease. Their posture performance shirt ($90) has some built-in elastic bands that’ll pull your arms back and make you adopt a better posture. Better yet, said bands are secured by Velcro, so you can take a break should you so choose. The shirts are a poly-spandex blend, so they wick moisture and are highly breathable.
The shirt has been used in three studies to date respecting posture improvement (short version: they help you adopt a better form while running and more), and more are coming. It’s worth noting that the point of all these studies is not only to prove benefits to consumers, but to health insurance companies as well—so you could see your posture shirt covered in the future. Pretty cool stuff.
