Here’s the thing about the internet in general and social media in particular: once you say it, it exists forever.
More to the point, if you behave badly on your Twitter, Facebook, or other social media accounts, you can get fired. Like the CEO who berated that Chik-Fil-A employee. Or this lady and her racist Facebook rant. Or all of these people.
That’s the message that FireMe! has for the world. Essentially, the service analizes your Twitter account, notes if you’ve said anything compromising lately, and figures out how likely it is that you’ll be fired. If you’re obnoxious enough, you can end up on their leaderboards!
