TINYpulse

Ever look at those flash polls CNN has during the election season and think, “Man, I could use one of those”? Well, now you can.

TINYpulse is a workplace app that measures the happiness of your employees, amongst other things. Basically, everyone in your organization signs up and then they start receiving weekly TINYpulses, which are simple and anonymous questions. Examples include, “On a scale of one to ten, would you recommend someone work here?”, “If you company was an animal, what would it be and why?” and “On a scale of one to ten, how happy are you?” That final question is repeated somewhat frequently.

Employees answer anonymously and the weekly TINYpulses offer quick, honest, actionable data about the health and mood of the company. The data can then be shared company-wide . . . or, if you’ve missed the point, used for the purposes of retribution.
