As far as air-conditioning goes, your choices are pretty limited. You can get a window unit, which will be both ugly and slightly inconvenient, or you can get a big wall-mounted unit (which we actually rarely see in Canada), which will be big, rectangular, and clunky. Given the choices, LG has decided to give everyone an attractively designed option with the LG Artcool Stylist AC ($TBD). It’s slim at a mere 4.7”, quiet at 19db, and pleasantly designed. It also has three-way airflow (bafflingly, pictured), a touchscreen remote, and an LED lighting, which, thankfully, can be turned off.
