Broek is sick of all the different (but basically the same) jeans out there, so they’re making their own casual pants. Broek Bottoms, which has passed their Kickstarter goal with over two weeks left to go) are designed to fill the void between casual jeans on the one hand and formal trousers on the other (for the record, they do not seem to consider chinos or cargo pants to be adequately filling said void).
The best thing about these already fairly unique pants is their wedge cut bottom. The front of your bottom pant leg remains long enough to drape over the top of your shoe, but the back is pulled up a bit so you’re not stepping on it. Also notable is the phone pocket. And the fact that they ship here.
