Remember seeing a chair like this back in the sixties? You probably did—Scandia chairs were produced in Norway from 1957 until the seventies, when the factory burned down. However, in the past decade Paal Lunder of Fjord Fiesta decided to bring Scadia chairs back, and he worked with original designer Hans Brattrud to make that happen. Now you can buy your own Scadia chair ($2,850), which is made with laminated lacquered American walnut, brown leather, and a chrome base.
