The battle between the lump charcoal and briquette crowds will probably never be over, but we’re calling it: lump charcoal is better. We base that on the fact that we’re grill and barbecue fanatics, and the briquette crowd is a bunch of buttheads.
Anyway, check out this sweet selection from Ontario Gas Barbecue, who, despite the name, have the good sense to stock an excellent collection of lump charcoal.
