1956 Porsche 356 A Carrera 1500 GS Coupé by Reutter

No doubt about it: Porsche’s Carrera Coupé is an odd looking car. It’s also fairly hard to find. In the mid-fifties, Porsche was producing thousands of cars and winning big at the racetrack, with plenty of strong finishes in the Carrera Panamericana, made sweeter by beating rival Ferrari. To celebrate, they built a de-tuned version of their 550 1.5-libre racing engine and stuck it in a production model: this 356 A, aptly named the Carrera.
