The minute we first saw a SodaStream, we thought: that’s going to be used for cocktailing. Now that they’ve launched a bunch of their own sparkling water flavours, it’s pretty much guaranteed. This drink takes advantage of the fact that it’s peach season; we picked up a whole basket of peaches for $4 the other day, had friends over, and made these.
Ingredients
1 oz. vodka (we like Iceberg)
1 bottle SodaStream Free Apple-Peach Sparkling Water
1 fresh peach, quartered
½ lime
Mint leaves
Directions
Add the peaches and mint to a cocktail shaker. Muddle together at the bottom until a purée is created. Add the vodka and a few cubes of ice. Shake. Strain the mixture into two cups and top with the Free Apple-Peach sparkling water. Garnish with mint.
