The University of Alabama’s football team, the Crimson Tide, is among the top ten winningest football teams in NCAA history. Their new, $9 million weight room will probably help keep that record secure.
“Weight room” is a bit of an understatement, however; realistically, it’s something a Canadian professional team might be lucky to have. The facility has a nutrition centre, physician’s offices, an aircraft hanger euphemistically called the “weight room”, and a media centre. The facility also features Scott Cochran, who is apparently a coach and a preacher.
