So let’s make this very clear: the most valuable collection of cars to be offered at auction have a date with RM Sotheby’s this August.
If there’s a more valuable collection out there, it’s either being sold privately or preserved for the next generation.
Interestingly, the identify of the owner is unknown. However, the person must be both a) loaded and b) have exceptional taste to amass a collection of modern supercars and elegant classics.
Some highlights: a 2012 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport, a 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 by Scaglietti, and a 1956 Porsche 356 A 1600 Speedster by Reutter. Check ‘em out.
