In case you haven’t been to New Zealand recently, Air New Zealand has been really into fighting the boredom inherent to airline safety briefings by producing new and exciting ones, like this Weta Workshop version, which is just as long as any of their films.
Now, Bear Grylls is getting in on the game. Admittedly, we’re not a fan (and we like what Les Shroud has to say about him), but entertaining flight safety videos seem better than other airlines “Screw you, customer” mentality.
Also, we think the next video should star the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders. Get on it, Air New Zealand.
