Remember Captain Canuck? He starred in an eponymous comic book, created in 1975 and set in 1993, which was a future where Canada was the world’s most powerful country, for some reason. He’s Canada’s answer to Captain America . . . or Captain Britain. (Why are all the nationalist super heroes captains?)
Anyway, Captain Canuck may return as an animated web series thanks to this indiegogo campaign, although we’re assured that it’ll have a sense of humour, which, given that it’s about a superhero predicated on Canadian nationalism, can only be a good thing.
