Here’s the problem with a hero that can go nearly the speed of light and is nearly all-powerful: there isn’t much that can stand in his way. That’s why what happens when superman punches you is directly related to what the comic book/screenwriter needs from the plot at the moment.
However, Vsauce isn’t constrained by that kind of nonsense; we want to know what would happen if superman punched us, given that he can go nearly the speed of light.
