When you fire up the charcoal grill this summer, do us a favour: skip the lighter fluid. It makes meat taste terrible. Instead, fill this drop bottom charcoal chimney ($30) with natural charcoal, light a fire starter or some paper, and let the charcoal heat up with you load up your actual grill. Then, when the charcoal is good and heated, you can use the lever to drop the burning charcoal into your grill.
