If you’ve never grilled pizza, you’re missing out. The result is smoky, melty, delicious goodness, but it can be tricky to do, especially when the dough starts dripping though the grill.
Thankfully, there’s Kettle Pizza ($150). It’s an oven sleeve that turns any kettle grill (up to 22.5 inches) into a pizza oven. The basic kit includes the sleeve, some wooden handles, a high-temperature thermometer, and a 14” aluminium pizza pan, but if you want to go bigger, you can pick up the deluxe model ($220), which also has a 15” handcrafted cordierite pizza stone and an aluminium pro pizza peeler.
