Like cast iron, but don’t like high maintenance? Forgo the Dutch oven and get a French one. Specifically, we’re thinking of the Mariner’s Star ($450), a special edition oven from Le Creuset. It’s done in a bold nautical blue, features the eponymous mariner’s star on the lid, and only 1,925 are being made—to commemorate the year Le Creuset was founded.
