Here’s an equation for you: chocolate plus Valentine’s Day equals success. Use it well.


2 oz. Amarula Cream
5 oz. vanilla ice cream
1 oz. heavy cream
Chocolate powder or spun chocolate to garnish


Combine all the ingredients in a blender or cocktail shaker. Blend well. Pour into a glass and garnish with chocolate powder or spun chocolate.
