Mixologist: Amarula French Toast

For best results, use true cinnamon, not cassia.


1.5 oz. Amarula Cream
.5 oz. rum
.5 oz. milk
Ground cinnamon and/or cinnamon stick to garnish


Combine Amarula, rum and milk over cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into a glass. Lightly dust with cinnamon and swirl with cinnamon stick or straw.
