Mixologist: The Charger

Is there no Don Cherry bubba keg in your living room? Don’t want to sling suds during the big game? Well, we have a suggestion: get a big, frosty mug, and make this cocktail.

Ingredients

4 parts 2 Gingers Irish whiskey
2 parts lemon juice
1 part simple syrup*
1 dash rhubarb bitters
Ginger beer

Directions

Build non-carbonated ingredients over ice in a tall glass, and top with ginger beer.

*To make simple syrup: dissolve 2 parts cane sugar into 1 part hot water.
