Mixologist: Sunday Tea Off

What’s better than iced tea or lemonade alone? An Arnold Palmer, of course. And what could possibly improve an Arnold Palmer? We’re going to go with rum.

A note: don’t use a white rum or spiced rum. You want a Havana Club Especial or a Curzan Estate Diamond Light rum. Basically, you want rum on the lighter side of ageing that could still be sipped neat.

Ingredients

1 parts light rum
1/2 part fresh lime juice
2 parts lemonade
2 parts iced tea
Mint for garnish

Method

Build Ingredients over large ice cube in rocks glass. Garnish with lime and mint.
