1 part Campari
1 part elderflower syrup
3 parts Prosecco
5 fresh mint leaves


Fill a wine glass with ice cubes. Pour in the syrup, Campari, and Prosecco; dry sparkling white wine can be substituted if there’s no Prosecco to be had. Garnish with mint and serve.
