Going whole hog this weekend? Well, you’ll need something to inject marinate where the sun don’t shine, and the SpitJack Magnum Meat Injector Gun ($60) is the tool to do it.
The injector will penetrate five and a half inches of meat, and the dial lets you easily regulate how much you’re injecting. Rather helpfully, it comes with two needles. The first is designed with a slanted tip, for injecting marinates with herbs or other small particles, and the second has a closed tip, for liquid injections only. Additional needles are available, because you can’t have enough meat injections.
