Tilit Chef Aprons

When you’re making a massive pot of chilli or mixing some rub for your barbecue later, that frilly apron you got as a housewarming present from your wiseass brother just won’t cut it. Actually, most cotton aprons don’t: they’re too small, and they soak right through, defeating the purpose of an apron in the first place.

That’s why you should check out Tilit’s line of aprons, specifically their Stalwart Apron ($65), and their Contra Apron ($75). They’re made of lightweight waxed cotton, so when you get some splash back from that bubbling bouillabaisse, you just need to spray some water on it, wipe it down, and you’re back in business.
