We like doing everything on the grill—hell, we’d make eggs on the grill if we could—so we’re into this chicken roaster ($30), which makes it easier to cook a chicken on a grill (or anywhere, we suppose). Basically, this gadget holds your chick upside down, letting delicious dark meat juice run down to the light meat. Also, since your bird isn’t sitting directly on any surface, there’s no skin and meat stewing in rendered fat. Here it is in action:
