Far be it for us to make fun of any of the innumerable strange things sports fans do to support their team: dressing like superheroes, wearing stupid tin foil Stanley cup headgear, throwing a dead octopus onto the ice and later eating it when the Red Wings lose. But let’s be honest, NHL: no mater how weird hockey fans get, we’ll never hold a candle to the Saskatchewan Rough Riders fans and their army of melon heads that extend far beyond their rectangular boarders.
Maybe it’s time for a team in Saskatoon, Bettman.
