It comes with a bag of metal letters and two slots, so your can use it to brand things on your steak like “Happy Father’s Day”, “Charcoal is better than gas”, or maybe “I’ve hidden the antidote in a baked potato”. Actually, that last one is pretty long; the BBQ branding iron is pretty great for jocularity, but not so great for food-based revenge.
