The BoatPack ($1,600), made in the UK of all places, holds a whopping 650 litres of storage, weighs in at a scant 20 kilos, and transforms into a small rowboat that can even hold a small outboard motor. Rather helpfully, it’s made of a tough ABS plastic, is double skinned, and doesn’t look like you just flipped a boat over and nail gunned it to the roof of your car.
