Sense Sleep Tracker

Sleep is pretty important, as we’re fond of saying around here. Looking for a way to get better sleep? First you need some data—and that’s where Sense ($99—fully funded on Kickstarter) comes it. In addition to the main device, which doubles as an alarm clock, the system comes with a small sensor (the Pill) that you attach to your pillow and an app that gives you the data.

Sense tracks everything related to sleep: ambient light, humidity, temperature, particulate, noise, snoring, and other sleep disturbances. It scores your sleep out of a hundred every morning, and if you’re losing points, the app tells you why. You can also set your alarm roughly and have Sense wake you up when you’re in the middle of an REM cycle. All in all, pretty cool stuff.
