Facial recognition software compares footage to images on Vegas’s database of known cheats and everything is monitored by legions of savvy ex-gamblers.
They also use their fancy system to catch people who count cards, which isn’t technically “cheating,” but try telling that to the casino jerks as they’re dragging you into the boiler room.
