Raleigh Spitfire Hardcases

This classic luggage could make an appearance in an Indiana Jones film, or be the kind of thing carried by James Bond’s grandfather. Raleigh Spitfire Hardcases ($250-$300) have a distressed aluminium finish done in interlocking panels, meant to evoke the skin of an aircraft. Manufacturer Timothy Oulton says it’s based on WWII fighter jet, the F14. The only F14 we know of was the Tomcat, which was a cold-war era jet, which likely means that we need to brush up on our British fighters.

The cases come in four sizes, and the interior is lined with a fighter jet blueprint suedette. All in all, it’s ideal for a man living an aviationthemed lifestyle.
