Though the it did see some racing (in fact, one led at Le Mans in 1950 before being side-lined by a bad generator mount), the 1950 Ferrari 195 Inter Berlinetta was built as a canvas for coachbuilders like Vignale, Touring, and of course, Ghia.
Not that it’s a slouch in the speed department. It can manage 130 bhp on a 2,341 cc DOHC alloy V-12 engine with three Weber 36DCZ 3 carburettors, a five-speed manual transmission, front and rear action shock absorbers, and four-wheel hydraulic drum breaks. Expect for this one to go for two million dollars at auction this May.
