When the fall colour starts to turn across Canada, there is no better place in our nation to be to witness Mother Nature’s impressive performance than the Explorers’ Edge region of Ontario.
Explorer’s Edge, the regional tourism organization for Algonquin Park, the Almaguin Highlands, Muskoka, Parry Sound, and Loring-Restoule created the program to encourage people to see fall’s splendour for themselves.
The deal is this: book before September 15 and stay for two nights at any participating accommodation between September 16 and November 15, and you get a $50 gas card and $50 in cash vouchers to use at participating restaurants, attractions, and shops.
According to executive director James Murphy, the program is a great chance for people to explore Cottage Country in the Fall. “Off-peak season rates are available, there is more choice because it’s not as busy, and there are no bugs.”
