Mixologist: MariLou

Did you miss last month’s Grey Goose Pour Master competition? That’s okay, we have the winning recipe right here. Oliver Stern, of the Toronto Temperance Society (which is well-worth the visit, provided you know a member), won with his MariLou. Trust us, it’s worth making your own shrub.

Ingredients

1 oz. Grey Goose Cherry Noir
.5 oz. Cointreau
.5 oz. Dolin dry
.5 oz. Ontario cherry / Niagra vinegar shrub
Lemon zest

Directions

Stir ingredients together, pour into a coupette, and add a bit of lemon zest.
