Made by Sosu, the same people doing barrel-aged sriracha, srirachup is a sriracha/ketchup mash-up containing tomatoes, chilli peppers, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, sea salt, and garlic. Oh, and it’s all organic. Except for the sea salt, which can’t be made organic, because it isn’t grown, despite the best efforts of hipsters and food conglomerates alike.
