As the Canadian beer market grows, more and more craft breweries are offering growlers. In fact, this guy at the Great Canadian Beer Blog says he may have the largest collection of modern Canadian growlers out there. At 1.9 L, a growler is great for storing beer, but it’s not especially convenient for drinking beer. Essentially, if you aren’t sharing a growler, it can go flat pretty quick.
That’s a problem that Robert Scott of Denver, Colorado hopes to solve with the TapIt Cap. Basically, his invention turns a growler into a mini-keg and keeps your beer fresh, and the great news is that his Kickstarter is nearly funded, with only nine grand left to raise in 15 days.
You’re doing God’s work, Robert.
