Okay, it’s time to cut the nonsense: penis size matters to straight women. Science says so.
In a study of 105 heterosexual Australian women, biologists say that men with larger members were generally rated as more attractive, although other factors, such as shoulder-to-hip ratio matter too.
The authors of the study created 343 CGI male figures with all possible combinations of height, shoulder-to-hip ratio, and penis size within a natural range, which we assume means that GI Joe and the guys from Gears of War were excluded. Women were then presented with a random sample of 53 of the images and asked to rate their attractiveness.
Using statistical methods, the study’s authors found that penis size matters more in tall men than in short men, that shoulder-to-hip ratio matters the most, women’s ages did not make a difference in their rating of the men, taller women place greater emphasis on height in men, and that women take a longer to rate men attractive.
So, what’s a guy to do? Seeing as you can’t change what nature gave you in the reproductive department (aside from herbal remedies that don’t work and surgery that sounds painful), your options are:
- Lose weight and narrow that core.
- Lift weights and improve those shoulders.
- Learn to fix things around the house, because, as Red Green says, if women don’t find you handsome, they can at least find you handy.
