Remember Earthworm Jim? He was pretty big back in the ’90s, probably because the Earthworm Jim games were just as funny as they were fun to play. Well, Doug TenNapel, the creator of Earthworm Jim, is back with a new game, Armikrog, and he’s on Kickstarter looking to get the project off the ground.
Armikrog is a claymation point and click adventure game that looks to be as visually and mentally stimulating as Earthworm Jim and TenNapel’s other project, The Neverhood. The game takes place on an unknown planet, where a space explorer and his dog-like friend (who sounds like Gilbert Gottfried) have crash landed. They then get trapped in a fortress named Armikrog. Classic video game story. If you’re an adventure game or Earthworm Jim fan, check this one out.
